Description

Clear, intense red colour. Aromas reminiscent of red cherries, strawberries and mature plums, with hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is medium dry, medium bodied with a pleasant balance between acidity and soft tannins.
100% Tempranillo grapes from 30+ year old vines on the Spanish plateau in Castilla.
Grapes were harvested in September, cold macerated at 5ºC for 48 hours, fermented at 24-28ºC for 12 days and aged partially in 100% French oak.
