Description

Dry, Floral, Strawberry

"It’s instantly appealing on the nose, with aromas of Gala apple, sweet strawberry, grapefruit, and white flowers. The palate displays excellent focus and silky flow, splendidly structured by vibrant acidity, finishing mouth-watering and delicious. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Sep 2025

Scale_-_Dry

"Bright, fleshy, fruity and brand new with core flavours of light red cherry and strawberry. A dry wine with lots of touch point of texture and freshness, fine fruit tannins and saline acidity. The red fruit flavours remain persistent with a light sea-breeze mineral quality then lees for additional mouthfeel and finesse. Best drinking from 2025 through 2027" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Nov 2025

This wine was fermented at low temperatures to preserve freshness and perfumed aromatics. Made from Merlot grapes, this Rosé is finely structured with notes of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and rosewater. A touch of spice and a subtle saline lift add freshness and a savoury edge to the finish.

The Penelope Radburnd range was founded with one clear purpose, to push the boundaries of our traditional Radburnd wines. We still aim to celebrate New Zealand’s cool climate viticulture while bringing a second generation’s perspective to varieties and styles.

Food Pairing: Perfect for simply enjoying on its own or with your favourite dishes.
