Made from the finest source of Quinine
Description
Clean, Lemon
Cinchona bark from the Andean province of Loja, Ecuador, is regarded as the original and finest source of quinine. It first became known by Jesuit monks in the 17th century as "Quina Fina de Loxa", then went on to be used in nearly every European colony to prevent malaria. Famously, in British Colonial India, tonic water was used as a military ration.
They have collected these historic barks and prepared their extract with organic lemon, cane sugar and New Zealand artesian water. The result is a dry, authentic tonic water to complement your favourite spirit, or to enjoy on its own.
