The iconic Quick Brown Fox espresso martini, made with single origin Colombian decaffeinated coffee. A luxurious nightcap made for unwinding, this velvety coffee-led cocktail delivers all the indulgence without the buzz.
Our Colombian Popayán decaf is processed using a gentle, natural method derived from sugar cane. Green coffee beans are steamed, then washed with spring water and sugar-cane ethyl acetate to remove caffeine while preserving their natural sweetness and flavour.
The beans are then carefully dried back to their original state, resulting in a decaf coffee that retains the distinctive character of its origin.
Simply shake 125ml with ice and strain into coupe.
