Mid straw-green with a distinctive and fragrant nose of fresh apples, pear, and honeydew melon aromas with rose petals. Crisp, clean, and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate. The intense flavours of apples, rose and pear leading to a finish of lingering fruit and floral notes.

LXRY Sparkling is a fun sparkling wine in a lightweight bottle making it lighter to carry and requires less CO2 emissions to produce.

The Glera grapes was sourced from the Riverland region of South Australia and the Riesling grapes from the Padthaway region also from South Australia.

Both the Riesling and Glera fruit, from each separate region, were harvested and crushed directly to the press, where only the free run juice was selected. After a period of cold settling the juice was racked, warmed and fermented using a specially selected aromatic yeast, chosen to accentuate the primary fruit characters. Each parcel of fruit was treated individually and blended just prior to the Charmat secondary yeast fermentation.

Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own or mix it with your cocktail. Pair with appetisers such as prosciutto and melon. Serve at 6–8 degrees Celsius. Drink now to enjoy the fresh youthful flavours.
