This reddish amber rum offers vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, light orange citrus on the nose. The plaate will envelop your tongue and whole mouth with citrus, cinnamon, caramel and vanilla finishing with a sightly warm bite with smooth feel.

Pyrat XO Reserve and Pyrat Cask rums are owned by The Patrón Spirits Company and their name comes from the Old English word for ‘pirate’. Eight of the best
aged Caribbean rums are hand selected and blended for varying lengths of time. Each bottle is hand filled and labelled with a hand written serial number at the
factory on the Island of Anguilla in the Caribbean. The squatty corked bottles are reminiscent of the type used by the rum runners and pirates who roamed the
Caribbean in the 1800s. And each bottle is adorned with the image of Hoti – the patron saint and protector of bartenders and fo
rtune tellers.

Pyrat XO Reserve is a premium blend of eight select Caribbean rums, aged up to 15 years in French Limousin and American oak barrels. Pyrat Cask is a blend of
advanced aged rums of between 24 to 40 years. Some of the rums blended in Pyrat Cask are created in a miraculously long living wooden pot still that has been running rum for 300 years. Once blended, the rum is matured further in toasted American oak barrels.
