Dry, Spice, Strawberry
Pale glazed cherry, clean and brilliant. Aroma of wild strawberries, light notes of anise and fresh fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well balanced, with light tannic notes, well bodied with a smooth acidity. Elegant fruit finish.
This Rosé is made of 50% Bobal and 50% Tempranillo varieties with the grapes grown in controlled vineyards in Manchuela (Castilla).
Grapes were cold soaked for 24 hours and fermentation settled with a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
