Light straw-yellow. Fresh and pleasantly soft with hints of golden apple, peach and floral acacia notes. Harmonic structure, crisp and refreshing, with aromas of citrus and lime, finishing with a pleasant almond taste.

Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with all fish based courses, white meat and mild seasoned cheeses.

Deep red ruby colour. Intense bouquet of black cherry and hints of balsamic notes. Flavours of  blackberry, cherries and ripe fruits with a very interesting structure due to the well balanced, soft tannins and acidity.

Food Pairing: It matches well with mature hard cheeses roasted pork beef steaks and all game dishes.
