Medium intense ruby red in the glass. Scents of flowers and red fruits. Dry styled with a warming mouthfeel, finishing properly tannic.
Made from Sangiovese grapes harvested from vineyards situated in the argillous and sandy soils of Emilia Romagna Area.
The wine is obtained by an accurate red winemaking: long maceration of the skins and fermentation of about two weeks at controlled temperature at about 25°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks till bottling.
