PINK Pinot by Lawson's Dry Hills Marlborough Rosé 2024
Beautifully expressive with attractive berries
Beautifully expressive with attractive berries
Description
Dry, Raspberry, Strawberry
With a delicate pink hue, the nose on this wine offers pronounced, attractive strawberry and raspberry notes while the expressive palate has plenty of berry and citrus flavours leading to a crisp, dry finish. Enjoy while young and vibrant.

Spiritually, the mandala pattern is said to help transform ordinary minds into enlightened ones, while the shape symbolises balance and perfection. The colour pink represents compassion and glamour while silver is said to restore balance.
Made from Pinot Noir, the grapes came from the Flynn, Raupara Rd vineyard and our own Chaytor’s Rd block. Both sites have gravel and silt soils and produce grapes with bright, ripe, fruity characters. We harvested the grapes early in the season to retain the fresh acidity and keep the alcohol at a moderate level.
Harvested on 29th of February and 6th of March in perfect condition, the grapes were pressed immediately and the skins taken off the juice to minimise colour influence and ensure a lovely, pale pink. The juice was then fermented at cool temperatures with a cultured yeast specifically chosen to enhance the natural, berry fruit aromas and flavours.
Food Pairing: Mixed platters, cured meats, seared tuna, olives, young cheeses, spicy dishes – pretty much anything and everything!
