The color is a bright straw yellow. The intense aromas are reminiscent of lavender, wisteria, lemon balm and thyme, and, later, grapefruit, followed by peach. The mouthfeel is fresh and tasty, with a snappy structure and intense fruitiness.
100% Vermentino grapes from 10 year old vines.
A vermentino vinified in purity to enhance the typical soft and fruity nature of this vine. In the Tuscan Maremma has been able to express characters distinctive and unique, typical of a land hardened by long summers and softened by fresh sea breezes coming from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The bunches are culled and harvested by hand, then the grapes are brought to the winery, where they are vinified in steel vats. Wine is aged in bottle for at least 3 months.
