Pretty aromatics of wild strawberry, citrus and melon combine with a touch of sweetness, lovely fruit purity and a vibrant crisp finish. Soft pink, bright and fruity, a refreshing summer wine to enjoy with or without food.

Hand harvested from Central Otago - Peregrine Estate Gibbston (17%), Peregrine Estate Bendigo (37%) and Pisa (46%).

The 2021 season began with a warm, dry spring in Central Otago. This combined with a cooler growing season resulted in smaller bunches and berries, with lovely purity and intensity of flavour. Warm, dry days in autumn provided lovely ripening and favourable harvest conditions.

Whole bunch and skin contact portions, followed by a cool stainless steel fermentation.
