Pretty wild strawberry aromatics, fresh red apple and melon combined with a touch of sweetness and a vibrant crisp finish.
The 2020 season started dry and cool in Central Otago, followed by warmer temperatures throughout Summer and a lovely ripening period in Autumn. This resulted in smaller bunches and berries, with lovely purity and intensity of flavour.
Hand harvested from Central Otago. Whole bunch and skin contact portions, followed by a cool stainless steel fermentation.
Food Pairing: Soft pink, bright and fruity, a refreshing Summer wine to enjoy with or without food.
