A deep ruby red colour. The nose has intense aromas of red cherries, plums with hints of dried spices. The palate is balanced with good structure, soft tannins, and it has smooth rounded dry finish.
A blend of Corvina and Croatina with a touch of Merlot, this wine is lusciously red and evokes a sense of love and passion. Aged in oak barrels for 3 months, this is bursting with concentrated flavours of black and red cherries, with naughty hints of leather and spice.
Food Pairing: Textured and layered on the palate, this wine pairs beautifully with oysters, grilled prawns, or creamy pasta dishes.
