A fresh, vibrant Chardonnay with citrus fruits and pure acidity. Harmonious and generously textured, the mouthfeel is silky smooth. Complex and complete this Chardonnay will age beautifully.
The arrival of the New Year brought with it long, hot sunny summer days with moderate cool nights for perfect ripening conditions. Yeilds were slightly down, but with exceptional quality across all varieties.
Mendoza and Clone 15 Chardonnay were harvested on the 17th March 2019. Indigenous yeast fermentation in seasoned French oak barriques, followed by ageing on lees.
