The 2024 Palliser Estate Rosé is a gorgeous, Provençal-style Rosé made of 100% Martinborough Pinot Noir. Perfect for summer sipping. Pale pink, perfect clarity. A thrilling nose of strawberry shortcake, pomegranate, rose petals and a hint of melon wrapped in prosciutto; savoury and sweet all at once. The 2024 Rosé is rich and creamy with fabulous flavour concentration. Freshly cut flowers, summer berries and a dollop of whipped cream on the palate, the finish is long, pristine and perfectly balanced. Best enjoyed between now and 2027.

100% Pinot Noir. Clones 115, Abel and Clone 5 from our Pencarrow, Woolshed and Pinnacles vineyards.
Crushed to press with gentle extraction and fermented to 2.5g/L residual sugar. The wine spends 3 months on lees for added texture and weight.
Food Pairing: A perfect match for summer salads, canapés and oven baked salmon.
