The palate is creamy and textural, rich in red berry flavours that flood the taste buds.

Grown and crafted in Marlborough, this wine is made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Southern Valleys. The grapes were cool fermented in stainless-steel tanks to retain the fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation, the Pinot Noir portion sat on light lees to create texture and body to the wine. The final blend was chosen before being prepared carefully for bottling.
