Description

Apple, Dry, Floral

"This is instantly appealing on the nose, showing sweet strawberry, crunchy apple, lemon peel, and floral aromas. The palate is equally satisfying with juicy fruit intensity and fleshy texture, leading to a lengthy, delectable finish. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

Raspberry, pomegranate and strawberries. A floral palate of roses strawberries and ripe raspberry, is offset by a hint of citrus acidity. Crisp and full- bodied with exquisite red berry and pomegranate notes, this wine showcases the delicate fruit subtlety of Marlborough, Awatere Valley Pinot Noir, with outstanding balance, depth and a beautifully dry finish. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.

A collection of OTU’s finest, available only in limited quantities, in selected vintages.

An elegant, dry style Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé, with fruit forward aromas. Beautiful Pinot Noir Rosé, sourced solely from our lowyielding coastal Awatere estate with a very strong focus on achieving the right fruit at harvest time - late picking to guarantee optimal flavour components.

For this vintage, beautifully ripe Marlborough Pinot Noir grapes were gently crushed and passed to a temperature controlled stainless-steel tank. The juice was then “bled” from the tank and we began a cool fermentation to retain all the bright berry flavours and crispness to create a signature style for our Limited Release Pinot Noir Rosé.
