Lively, fragrant and luscious Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé, bursting with bright strawberry, sherbert and pomegranate – with a lifted candy floss note for added delight.

Every glass of OTU wine sustainably captures the spirit of the wild Marlborough coast, where our Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir thrive in the windswept sea air and clean mountain water.

For this vintage, we crafted our Rosé primarily from Pinot Noir grapes grown on our OTU Coastal estate, complemented by a select portion sourced from a high performing vineyard in Marlborough's Upper Wairau Valley. These Pinot Noir grapes deliver a concentrated spectrum of aromas and flavours ranging from the classic strawberry and red wine to the fruity aroma of pomegranate and sherbet.

Beautifully ripe grapes were gently crushed and pressed in cool controlled conditions to retain fruit vibrancy. The juice was cold settled and racked to fermentation where we used selected yeasts and cool fermentation temperatures to retain all the bright strawberry flavours and crispness in the signature style of OTU Estate Rosé.
