Description
Dry, Floral, Strawberry
"Pristine and elegantly fragrant on the nose with sweet strawberry, crunchy apple, and floral notes, it's juicy and lively in the mouth, delivering bright fruit flavours with crisp acidity, finishing long and refreshing. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2025

"Lush, generous and mouth-filling, packed with juicy, ripe red fruit along with citrus cutting through a luscious mouthfeel" Candice Chow, Wine Chat
"Bright, plush, fruity, very refreshing and youthful with a bouquet and palate filled with the flavours of raspberry and strawberry then some cherry and a fine seam of lees. Crisp and just dry, a core of fruit and zippy on the finish. Well made and ready to drink from 2025 through end of summer 2027" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Aug 2025
Luscious aromas of strawberries and raspberries Lively, fragrant and luscious Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé, bursting with bright strawberry, sherbet and pomegranate – with a lifted candy floss note for added delight.
This vintage we selected Pinot Noir grapes from across Marlborough to make our Rosé. The Pinot Noir grapes deliver a concentrated spectrum of aromas and flavours - ranging from the classic strawberry to wonderful hints of pomegranate.
Beautifully ripe grapes were gently crushed and pressed in cool controlled conditions to retain fruit vibrancy. The juice was cold settled and racked to fermentation where we used selected yeasts and cool fermentation temperatures to retain all the bright strawberry flavours and crispness in the signature style of OTU Rosé.
