Liquorice, Rhubarb

Rhubarb in your mouth to enhance and fulfill the herbal notes in combination with Wormwood. Licorice instead of Chinchona to improve the mixability and not reduce the drinkability of the Vermoth. Licorice also cleans much better in your mouth than Chinchona. Natural Caramel to colour the liquid instead of Artificial Caramel to add a sweeter note and to cut the alcoholic strength of the liquid. Trebbiano di Romagna as the wine base because it's neutral and it lasts much longer than Moscato or Cortese.

It perfectly matches with London Dry Gin, Rum, Mezcal and Whiskey (Bourbon, Rye and Scotch) because it cuts the spirit ABV and it increases the aroma and bouquet of the main spirit.

This Vermouth is very sweet with 140 grams per litre of sugar.
