This wine is bright light salmon colour with a charming and vivacious nose of blood orange, berry fruits and crème brûlée leading into a mouth filling, smooth palate. The finish is fresh, clean and dry.
Opawa Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on selected stony sites in close proximity to the winery. The handpicked fruit is gently de-stemmed and pressed to release a hint of colour before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled in July 2022.
Food Pairing: Opawa Rosé is a dry wine that is a perfect aperitif or accompaniment to fresh summer cuisine.
