Almond, Melon, Oak

The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a portion receiving oak treatment and undergoing malolactic fermentation. Light straw colour with aromas of fresh stone fruits, grilled almonds and ripe citrus. A smooth palate with light notes of oak and melon, with a lingering finish.

Gisborne’s growing season began well, with mild to warm spring temperatures and healthy soil moisture supporting lush, vibrant vine canopies. Early summer 2025 was mixed, but February’s high temperatures and dry weather created ideal conditions for a long, slow ripening period.
