A rich, complex Martinborough Chardonnay showing intense ripe stone fruit flavours underpinned by subtle spicy oak, malolactic and barrel fermentation characters, enhanced by a silky palate texture and a elegant lingering finish.

100% Chardonnay grown in Pirinoa Block, Omarere Block and Top Block in Martinborough.

The Nga Waka Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented in tight-grain French oak barriques, 20% of which are new. The wine spends 10 months in barrel and is lees-stirred monthly.
