"Bright, pale yellow, even colour throughout. The nose is gently full, with sweet aromas of pear, ripe stonefruit, intermixing honeysuckle and fennel pollen. Medium-full bodied, dry-ish to taste, aromas of pear, baked apple melded with peach, honeysuckle, fennel pollen and a touch of ginger linger on the finish.
