The nose is subtle yet expressive, with aromas of ripe cherry, dried herbs, clove and cured meat. The palate is finely textured, mellow and smooth, supported by grainy tannins. It finishes dry and savoury, with lingering sweet berry flavours.

This wine is made from certified organic grapes and bio-dynamically grown grapes from our Coastal Vineyard in Manutuke.
This wine is low allergen – low sulphur, minimal additives and produced without any animal by products.
Our Natural Wine Co Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel tank, cool fermented and minimal time on yeast lees, to ensure a clean fresh style.
