Lighter weighted on the palate with a delicious flavour package of red berry fruits and cherry. Fine tannins and medium+ acidity. Balanced and well made with nice taut palate squeeze on the finish. A vibrant juicy Pinot Noir with lifted cherry and plum aromas, a smooth fleshy palate and hints of spicy oak.
The vineyard is planted in eight different clones of Pinot Noir, which all contribute complexity to this wine. The cool dry climate and naturally low yields consistently give clean ripe fruit with vibrant varietal character.
