The palate of this Pinot Noir is brimming with plush dark plums, ripe berries, savoury dark herbs & smokey spicy oak. A smooth, velvety mouthfeel with fine chocolatey tannins, finishing impressively long and silky. A wine worthy enough to be wrapped in tobacco leaf.
Sourced from an Organic Certified single vineyard in Marlborough.
Hand harvested, 20% whole cluster, 50% wild ferment, new oak (25%).
