Salmon color, young, intense and attractive aroma. In the mouth it is a beautiful surprise, due to the freshness of the acidity, structure and elegant finish. Very ready to drink, although it can be kept for a year. Serve at 8°C to brighten up everyday meals.
Crushing with destemming, without skin maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18°C.
