"Aromas and flavours of white flowers and orange fleshed stone fruits, there are flavours of ripe papaya and red apple, some fruit tea moments and a wet stone mineral quality. As the wine opens out on the palate flavours of orange-piko tea and clay begin to emerge. Fine tannins and plenty of acidity shape the texture of this wine very nicely. "Bright, even, pale peach pink. The nose is gently full, with aromas of red fruit, stonefruit, spice and hints of minerals. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pomegranate, red berry and peach melded with spice and floral notes and flow on a fine-textured mineral thread, leaving a silky veil on the palate. Salmon color, young, intense and attractive aroma. In the mouth it is a beautiful surprise, due to the freshness of the acidity, structure and elegant finish. Very ready to drink, although it can be kept for a year. Serve at 8°C to brighten up everyday meals.

Crushing with destemming, without skin maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18°C.
