Description

  • Dry style
  • Red berries
  • Spiced pear
  • Balanced acidity

"Bright and fresh, the fragrant bouquet shows elegant fruit notes of strawberry and peach with hints of floral and spice. The palate delivers juicy fruit flavours and fine texture, well supported by vibrant acidity, finishing long and attractively crisp. At its best: now to 2023" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2021

"Aromas of peach and apricot, a touch of saffron, then flowers and red currant. Dry on the palate with a spicy core of fruit, flavours that mirror the nose and a refreshing acid line. Crisp, youthful, balanced, well made and ready for an audience through summers 2022 and 2023" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Dec 2021

"Bright, pale peach-pink, even colour throughout. The nose is softly full, aromas of red berries, orange zest intermix salted citrus preserves and a hint of floral. Light-bodied, dry to taste, nuances of citrus, red berries, melded with crunchy pear, subtle floral and spice enriched the palate. Balanced acidity provides freshness; spice and floral details added interest. This is a dry, refreshing rosé with discreet citrus and pear flavour. Serve as an aperitif or match with antipasto over the next 2 years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Aug 2021

Pale pink coral-like color with an expressive nose of fresh red fruits, yellow peaches and a citrus touch. The aromatic palate has a beautiful red fruits and citrus expression and ends on a supple and moreish note.

Grapes are grown in Terre du Midi in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, on terraced vineyards with coastal, sea breezes.

Rapid separation of the first juices by static draining of crushed berries. This gives us the very best of the juices, pale in colour, low in extracts and all for a wine full of finesse. Slow and cold alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.

Food Pairing: A perfect partner throughout a meal, from appetizers to the main course and grilled meats through to the cheese. Ideal also as an aperitif wine.
