Hints of honey and pear drops add a confectionery touch to the finish. On the palate it is light in body yet full in favour. A stone fruit character, featuring pear, white and yellow peach takes the lead. Citrusy, zesty notes reminiscent of lemonade and yuzu play in harmony. Balanced by bright acidity and a creamy, delicate mousse refreshes the taste.
