100% Pinot Noir, and then left on skins just for a few hours to extract a delicate pink colour, this wine was then gently carbonated to add a sparkle to this refreshing Rosé.
Food Pairing: Ideal sipping in the sunshine as an aperitif, or with those delicious salads brought to the BBQ.
