A lush dry Rosé with lovely red berry characteristics infused with the crisp acidity of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Spring was cool leading to an average flowering which help to keep the fruit set light across the vineyard. Where both 2017 and 2018 brought a number of cyclones to Marlborough, 2019 brought a westerly weather pattern with a hot dry summer and very little rain. This resulted in an early pick in late March to preserve the balance of acidity and sweetness in the grapes.

The Rosé is a blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc (Wairau & Awatere valley fruit) & 5% Pinot Noir (Ward Valley fruit). This magical mix gives the wine a beautiful blush colour and beautiful aromatics, while softening the acidity on the palate.
