"Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a focused, fresh bouquet with aromas of lime, lime peels, guava, peach, blossom and white spice. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime and lime peels entwined with peach, guava, orange blossom water and jalapeno. The flavours are distinctive and clean, lifted by tangy acid tension. Soft and fine-textured phenolics provide a silky flow and lend an elegant, refreshing closing. This wine is stylish and sleek with freshness and distinctive features. Dry, crisp, taut, spicy and fruit with a core of varietal flavours from citrus and apple to tropical fruit, there’s a red pepper and dried herb quality with a stony soil undertone.
