"Bright, even, pale yellow with a light green hue. The nose is gently lifted with aromas of nettle, elderflower, white spice underlying cassis, citrus and tropical fruit mix. Medium-light bodied, lime, grapefruit, white cassis and pineapple aromas intermixed with elderflower, fennel seed and nettle. The flavours are harmonious and complex, flow along a silk thread with delicate yet vibrant acidity, and persist to a long, elegant finish.
