Perfectly ripe fruit is fermented and aged for 7 months in 15% new and 15% old French barriques, with the remainder 70% in stainless steel. Light, long toasting was chosen for the barrels to help create a more subtle oak influence. The result is a magnificently layered wine with complexity, depth, texture, purity of fruit flavour, and freshness. Almost too good to share, ensure to savour every drop with family and friends!
