This wine was crafted for an export customer to showcase the classical characteristics of our famed Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. With bright, fresh citrus notes in a crisp and dry style.
After picking, grape juices from each vineyard are kept separate and fermented with an appropriate yeast in stainless steel tanks. Individual wines are then blended according to the winery's ideal, complementary whole.
Food Pairing: Try with green lipped mussels, Caeser salad or pesto-based dishes.
