A captivating wine bursting with flavour

This Sauvignon Blanc displays Intense aromas of blackcurrant, nettle, and fresh green capsicum. The palate is bright and generous in taste, giving flavours of ripe passionfruit, kaffir lime, green capsicum and a hint of wet stone mineral notes on the finish.
This fruit for this 2021 Sauvignon Blanc originated from a single vineyard in the lower Wairau valley in Marlborough. A fertile, free-draining sun region with a slightly cooler climate than most of Marlborough. The fruit for this wine was carefully monitored during the growing season and machine harvested in March 2021 before making its way to the winery.
The grapes were pressed immediately to minimize skin contact with the juice. After settling, the juice was fermented in cool controlled stainless-steel tanks to support the fresh and fruity characteristics in the wine.
Food Pairing: This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc can be enjoyed with many dishes, including grilled fish seasoned with fresh green herbs.
