A rich, powerful and aromatic wine with delicious aromas of tropical fruits and guava. Hints of jasmine & elderflower give way to a full, rich palate of tropical fruits held together with a vibrant citrus burst.

100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Wairau and Southern Valleys of Marlborough.

This wine was designed from the vineyard up; Carefully handcrafted by analysing soil types, vine ageand crop level to produce the best possible expression.  The grapes were machine harvested with a portion left on skins in the press for 3 hours to intensify flavours before fermentation at cool temeratures in 100% stainless steel, giving a luscious wine that shows excellent concentration and varietal expression.
