Description

Dry, Floral, Raspberry

Black Market Mystery Wines™ are simply wines we love, with the branding hidden and revealed only when it arrives at your door!

"A fragrant and fine bouquet with scents of raspberry and cherry, there’s a mix of mineral and sea air, a distinctive leesy quality and pure fruit freshness. On the palate a dry wine with core fruit flavours reflecting the bouquet, a delicate and finely tuned wine with a backbone of acidity and texture from fine tannins accentuated by a saline and soil quality. Best from late 2025 through 2028. An excellent food wine option" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Mar 2025

Scale_-_Dry

Pale peach blush. Apricot, peach and orange blossom. Fresh and dry wine with bright red apple, red current and rose petal. Best enjoyed when young and fresh but has the potential to age gracefully.

Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or with prosciutto wraped melon, buttermilk-fried cauliflower, and delicate fish with sea salt.
