The light colour and gorgeous summer fruits result in an elegant rebel that is crisp and dry in the finish.
Hand harvested from 3 different grape varietals to add complexity. Minimum times on skins and pressed to 600 litres per ton to retain freshness and fruitiness. The grapes were co-fermented to allow better integration.
