Good viticultural management and the adaption of appropriate practices due to the early identification of the cooler season, resulted in some very good fruit. The combination of dropping crop in a naturally lower yielding season, along with an increase in leaf plucking allowed for the fruit to be harvested early and in good condition.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the fruit was crushed then soaked in the press for 6 hours to extract colour and flavour from the skins. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the fresh aromatics and retain pure fruit expression.
