This delicious Pinot Gris offers pronounced pear, red apple and juicy stone-fruit aromas followed by a predominantly dry, medium-bodied palate with fresh, generous, ripe fruit characters and a gentle balance of acidity.

The grapes used to make this wine originate from our vineyards in the Wairau Valley. The wine reflects the ripe, succulent flavours we experienced in the vineyard. After gently pressing the grapes, the juice underwent fermentation in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve its fresh aromatics and stone-fruit notes.

Food Pairing: spicy foods, salmon, pâté, creamy pasta, roast pork or, ideally, just as a delicious glass of wine on its own.
