The palate is lively and refreshing, carrying bright, fruit-driven flavours with a gentle spritz and a soft textural layer from time on lees, adding nuance and poise. Crafted from select vineyard parcels and bottled during fermentation to capture its natural effervescence, this unfined, unfiltered wine has a subtle haze and a vibrant, easy-drinking style.
