All citrusy on the nose, it's lemons and limes with that distinctive "salty" minerality for added complexity. Youthful, fresh and alive on the palate, with very good depth, intensity, and balance, limey and salty, with a dry yet finely balanced crisp finish. 20 years of experience have showen this style of wine to age gracefully – Lime Juice, toasted aromas and a dry textured palate reward ones patience.

These Riesling grapes are grown near Wairau river valley, on geologically young alluvial soils. Hand harvested grapes are gently pressed, with only the intitial free run juice cold settled, cool fermented and rested on lees for 6 months prior to finishing for bottling.
