Pale pink. A lively nose, brimming with bright and watermelon notes. This crisp and elegant Rosé is richly fruited with hints of watermelon and fresh berries, leading to a crisp dry finish.
Despite challenging weather conditions in the Hawke's Bay early in the season, the 2022 fruit was harvested great condition.
The grapes were harvested, destemmed and gently crushed direct to press with minimal skin contact. The wine has a vibrant colour despite having little time on the skins. The clarified juice was cool fermented with selected yeast strains to retain the primary varietal characters.
