Bright red berry aromas layered with rich cinnamon and nutmeg spice. The palate is intense with dark fruits and fine tannins that soften gracefully into a lingering finish of light cedar. Sourced from premium vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, the fruit for this Cabernet Merlot was fermented in French oak barrels, including 4% new oak, to bring delicate oak influence and refined texture.
