Our 2025 Gisborne Chardonnay captures the generous, sun-filled character that Gisborne is known for, delivering vibrant stone fruit and citrus notes with natural richness.
Grown from the premium Clone 548 Chardonnay, the wine shows both purity and finesse, balancing ripeness with subtle structure. A small addition of 11% Viognier lifts the aromatic profile, bringing delicate floral notes and enhancing the wine’s expressive nose.
Minimal oak influence ensures the focus remains firmly on fruit, allowing the bright, varietal characters to shine through with clarity and freshness.
