Aromatic and expressive, this delicate Pinot Noir shows notes of ripe red berries layered with subtle spice and savoury hints. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, with juicy fruit, gentle tannins, and a fresh line of acidity carrying through to a lingering finish.

The grapes for this wine were hand harvested and destemmed before spending 10 months in French oak barrels (15% new). Unfined - a low-intervention approach that retains maximum texture and flavour.
